The tool of being in a state (Michigan) that has crappy weather.
I noticed that the Facebook overlay doesn't go all the way down either in the FTU... might be the same thing.

It's probably a modal dialog regression. Can you include the screenshot + STR for that bug? I'm guessing it's likely the same bug.
