This was failing due to Bug #956761, but now seems to be passing on device again. The regular UI run [1] has it listed as an unexpected pass and I was able to run a loop of 21 on my machine with no failures. I also started an adhoc on CI [2] running a loop of 21, so let's see how that fares. If it's green I recommend merging the patch attached to this bug.
