As seen bug 947745 comment 50, we should consider saving more space on mobile by not storing full URIs (and thus forgoing the potential for resource prefetch) in the seer. However, we should still keep the "high-resolution" mapping of page->hostnames that is enabled by the current full URI storage, so that we don't lose the power of our existing preconnect and preresolve functionality.
