When change primary data SIM and send a MMS to non-primary SIM, press download button of the message will pop up the switch data connection message, yet it shows {{nonactive}} and {{active}} to represent SIM 1 or SIM 2. It only found first time after change primary SIM.

* Reproduce Steps
If never send MMS to DUT before, it should be found once send a MMS to non-primary SIM and press download button of the message. Once this is run, it can be reproduce after switching primary data SIM to another one and send MMS to non-primary SIM again.

* Expected Result
It should clearly show from which SIM to another data call will be switched.

* Actual Result
"{{nonactive}}" and "{{active}}" are displayed on confirmation message.

100%

The screen shot from attachment 8362800 [details] show the message would be failed to be localized in certain case, which is very easy to be reproduced. Nominated for 1.3 blocker
