With the new panel's colour the borders are appearing a bit too dark. It doesn't look so good. They should maybe be a bit more faded to better match the panel's colour. The Win 8 mockup show light grey borders and it's much more pleasing to the eyes.

The borders seemed a bit too dark on this screenshot https://bug962395.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8363423 but in fact on Win 7 Aero it's good as it is.
