963600 - Add 'version_build' to ftpscraper

Have ftpscraper record and store the build revision information scraped from the ftpserver.

This is distinct from 'buildid' which is a date-based identifier that is not unique. 

This is the subdirectory in a version-identified directory for each build. 

For example: 

https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/candidates/10.0.12esr-candidates/build1

In this case, 'version_build' will be 'build1'
