steps to reproduce:
1. Log in using an account which is on the whitelist (ask krupa/steve about these fancy accounts)
2. Change your region to Mexico
3. Search for paid apps


expected behavior:
for users on the whitelist, paid apps show up

observed behavior:
search returns no results

Krupa, didn't we end up finding that it was the expected result and you had to set your region to "No Region In Search" in order for them to show up ?

yes, they show up now. However the person in Mexico is still having issues. I'll close the bug as WFM for now.
