+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #966815 +++

Back in Bug 966815 we added a Loaner section in the AWS sanity report which correlates user to a loan instance.

I've decided to add loaner bug # to report as well, as of this patch I did not yet add those instance tags to correlate this new data though.

(Airport waiting rooms are productive when flight is delayed)
