Description:
While language is set to Bengali, in the App permissions section of Settings app the word "Marketplace" appears in English untranslated.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140203181708
2) Set language to Bengali (bn-BD)
3) Open settings app
4) Select App permissions

Actual:
In Bengali language, "Marketplace" in app permissions appears in English.

Expected:
All strings are appropriately translated when using Bengali language.

That's correct behavior. For branding reasons, marketplace wants the app always to be referred to as marketplace across all locales.
