Details

Please make the necessary DNS and load balancer configuration changes to map mobilepartners.mozilla.org to the web app running on fxoss1.vm.labs.scl3.mozilla.com (10.22.112.207) including SSL termination using the certificate procured in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=964866

For more details, please see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=962317
As with the dev instance, the web app is up and running, but is behind basic http auth so a basic curl test should get a 401 response.
Done. You realize that once past the authorization screen, you are greeted with an error page:

Thanks, I'm working on that now. That was quicker than I expected. :)
