Clicking this link brings the file save as dialog as well as an alert box with following text (the both are on the screen at the same time):


"C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\Y4oCU3mG.zip.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator."


Then you can click OK in the save as dialog and download manager pretends the download has succeeded (the green arrow is in state I usually when download finished).  Unrolling the list shows 'failed' tho at the file.  The file is not on disk, however my first expectation was that it should be there.


Chrome and IE both say "network error" and UX is much better.
