Details

The Developer console on Mac OS X Mavericks previously used to close if one pressed Command+Shift+K twice.
On first hit, Takes from Inspector to Console.
On second hit, It closes/minimizes itself.

Now in the new Nightly update the 2nd part doesn't happen. I have to manually click on the small x at the left side of the devtools.

Nightly Version : 30.0a1 (2014-02-09)

Built from https://hg.mozilla.org/projects/ux/rev/e48133b32923

Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:30.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/30.0
This is a change we made in bug 612253.

Note that you can use one of the global shortcuts to close the console:

Ctrl-Shift-i or F12.
