This is preventing us from pointing to https://ftp-ssl.m.o in bug 960571 since Jetpack tests blow up.

Bug 1029953 upgraded MozillaBuild, so there is a cert bundle and zip file ripe for the picking in this commit http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-build/rev/ced55786b25e. I'd like to upgrade all machines so that we have modern wget for things like update verify too.
