Ok, the group exists in production now and I'm adding the language in https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/commit/4fed87ee433dee83ca65c92ee4c4e935a763321a .  This missed the freeze today which means it should hit production on Feb 25

thanks Wil.  For now can we make it available on staging only? I have no idea when the launch happens.
I can't update staging - it's frozen pending our production push (QA verifies staging before we push, so it has to match what we are pushing).
