1. go to settings -> device info -> more info
2. select reset phone
3. select reset

Expected: phone reboots and tries to reset
Actual: nothing happens.
blocking-b2g: --- → 1.4?
Vendor issues don't block the release, so clearing the nom.
blocking-b2g: 1.4? → ---
This issue should be already fixed on SW version v107 which release on Feb. 20.
Please verify on this version.
tested and verified on v107. v1.3 works well.
