0) Go to a page with a url long enough to overfill the url bar
1) Swipe to bring up the app bar
2) Tap the url bar to cause text selection
3) Grab the leftmost nub and drag

Expected: The text does not scroll and the selection changes with the nub
Actual: The text scrolls so you see the right-most portion of the text

Unknown hardware, OS version, and build version - I used it at the Metro meet and greet.
