97793 - caret is not aligned with text after pasting

using 8/31 build of netscape

1) launch netscape
2) jump to this attachment:     
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/showattachment.cgi?attach_id=17686
3) Bring it into the editor
4) select the <Move under heading1> text
5) ctrl-c to copy to clipboard
6) click on the <LI> under heading 1
7) ctrl-v to paste

after you paste, notice how the caret is a little bit below the text.
it should be aligned to the text

If by "little bit below", you mean on the empty line after the list, then tis is
the desired behavior.  You just selected an entre list (by clicking on it's only
list item) and pasted in an entire list (admittedly of only one item) overtop of
it.  the caret should be after (ie below) the list.
