N6 2001083003 on win2000.
at "Manage Certificates", I attempted to delete a user cert that's "verified,"
it crashed the browser.
when I attempted the same on a user cert that's not "verified", it just doesn't
work.  no err msg or anything.
The part about deleting a cert that's trusted and causing a crash is a dup of
bug 95873.  I'm leaving this bug open for the other problem.

actually I tested the other part and it works for me.  So marking as a dup.

Change the target of bugs with state 'RESOLVED' and target 'Future' to target
'2.1' since they were fixed for the 2.1 release.
