From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.3+) Gecko/20010903 Netscape6/6.1b1 BuildID: 20010903 When you open a web location in a composer page you just opened it opens in that window and not a new composer page. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Composer 2.Click on File-> Open Web Location 3.Choose a web address and to Open in a "New Composer Window" Actual Results: This will open the page in the current composer window. Expected Results: I would expect that this would open a new page or have a different name for the "Open in" option. Something like "Composer Window" (which I think is the best option) or options for a New or current composer window; which I know is less likely and less useful.

I believe this bug is invalid. The expected behavior is to open the window into the existing window if the existing window has not been saved or have any data in it. This is desirable to help users reduce the number of windows open. Users who don't want this behavior can type a letter in the empty window or save before trying to open a file.

The main part of my point though is that for the Open in drop down it says "New Composer Page". What happens with an already new composer page is that the page is opened in that window and not a "New" one, so it should probably say something like "Copmoser Window" instead of "New Composer Window".

I don't think it's worth the extra resources to fix this one tiny edge case.
