I am currently using mozilla Build ID:2001090703 for windows - Mozilla/5.0
(Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.3+) Gecko/20010907

I am using Windows 2000 SP 2 (french), and every time I try to answer to an
article on a newsgroup, I have a blank page ! :-(
Confirming.  Win98 2001090703.
Even though my prefs say to quote the original message, when I click reply the
compose window is blank.
