On saving this page to my hard disk, displaying with Explorer, and then dragging
and dropping the file onto Mozilla's main screen, locks the browser.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www1.tip.nl/~t876506/UnicodeDisplay.html
2. Save page to disk with the name UnicodeDisplay.html
3. View page with Explorer
4. Drag and drop file from Explorer onto Mozilla main display
5. Mozilla stops responding

Actual Results:  No response from Mozilla

Expected Results:  Actually page as viewed by entering the Web address
Seems to work now.
