Normaly, folders with new stuff are marked in bold characters and others in
normal characters. Same goes for the msg lists. This is to distinguish between
new and old msgs. This difference is LOST - all is displayed with the same font
weight. Test case:
- 12.9 moz build
- Font Pref.: Proportional, Sans.Serif, Arial or Verdana, 16 pt
- freshly (!) installed Win 2000 SP1
- 1280x960 or 1024x768 resolution, both in TrueColor color depth.
- video hardware: Elsa Erazor II (NV4 Chiptype) operating on the latest
eeiim.sys driver from Elsa.

Compared to this, the SAME build on a Laptop in 800x600 TrueColor resolution and
with the SAME OS is FINE. I don't think this is a driver problem. This is a
major useability issue as users can't distinct visually between new and old stuff!
Are you getting the numbers next to the folders (ie. unread/total messages)? I
had a similar problem on a build a week or so ago (forget what date) on Win98,
where it would show folders as having zero new messages even though there were
some (fixed now though, so I'm not sure if theyre related).
Jason: There is no problem with counting of msgs. Its just the font weight which doesn't change. There is no visible difference between groups with unread stuff and groups which did not update. Same goes for the msg lists: all messages look the same, which is VERY irritating.
Summary: Font weight doesn't change when reqading msg → Font weight doesn't change when reading messages
