'New Message' window - to get it: Ctrl+M. 
'File' menu items don't have shortcut keys as described in Spec.

 Add shortcut key in File menu items:
   a. File|Send Now, need: Ctrl+Enter 
   b. Edit|Delete, need: "Del" (button) 

Actual Results: Deleting something in body of message area by general "Del"
button works.  But it is just for users who know this.  Menu item does not show
it.  
Also we all know that we can not send message by pressing: Ctrl+Enter.

Expected results: To be able to use our favorite shortcuts.

Additional Information: PLEASE, we are used to this!!!
