Details

* TITLE/SUMMARY
I can't post multiline input from chatzilla. This is the version that comes with
Mozilla 0.9.3

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0) Launch Chatzilla
1) Connect to a server and channel
2) Enable multiline support (Control + UP)
3) Type some text (multiple lines I guess)
4) Press Control + Enter (supposed to post the text)
5) Maybe Try Control + Return (on the mac the two keys can be treated differently)

* RESULT
Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

It should have posted the text to the channel and cleared the input box.

* CONFIGURATIONS TESTED

- [Mac] iMac (400 Mhz G3), 128 MB RAM (VM on; 100 MB of VM used),
1024x768 (Thousands of Colors), Mac OS 9.1
Reporter, does this still happen using 0.9.4?
hmm... Yep it still happens in 0.9.4

gee. I didn't realise 0.9.4 was imminent when I posted this otherwise I would
have waited the extra day to test on that version. Oh well.

BTW, this works fine on my PC at work (Win2000 with 0.9.3 and 0.9.4) so I'm
guessing it's mac-specific.
Confirmed using Mac/2001091311 (0.9.4). Control-enter does not send multiline text to
the server.

i am going to try and add in mac aim like functionality. try to get it to use
enter to send (and return for \n), when i get a chance to look at this.
Having Return and Enter do different things is "different" but having used MPW,
where return does "\n" and Enter executes a command, I found it usefull.

Make sure though that people without Return and Enter keys can still use both
functions (eg. MPW used Command-Return to execute commands)
command-up, command-down, and command-return have been enabled, and should be in
0.8.5. i am still looking at other issues, including how to detect the enter key.
