Details

On a clean source dir:
./configure --prefix=/packages/mozilla/0.9.3/any --exec-prefix=/packages/mozilla/0.9.3/i386 i386
make

results in

../../../config/./nsinstall -R -m 444 ./ /packages/mozilla/0.9.3/any/src/mozilla/dist/include/nspr
../../../config/./nsinstall: cannot make symbolic link /packages/mozilla/0.9.3/any/src/mozilla/dist/include/nspr/.: File exists
make[4]: *** [export] Error 1
This is not a BiDi issue, getting the hell out of here.

Please try 0.9.4. 0.9.3 is pretty old...
i386 is not a proper host configuration. Try i386-linux or just leave it off.
Marking invalid.

Btw, there's not much point in using the --prefix options yet as we still don't
have a traditional "install" target (see bug 56601).
