From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.4) Gecko/20010915
BuildID: 2001091518

When loading up http://www.pscu.org, Mozilla gives ~15 error dialogs reporting
the message "There is an error with this layer." After clicking okay 15 times,
the page refuses to render. The page does render properly in NS 4.7+ and IE.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load up http://www.pscu.org in Mozilla 0.94

Actual Results: Error Dialog:
Alert
There seems to be an error with this layer:
Frame: frmMain
Layer:divSub0

Dialog is repeated for layer:divSub0 - divSub3_7

Expected Results: A page with three frames (banner, left hand navigation bar,
right hand main frame) should have rendered.
Marking these all WORKSFORME sorry about lack of response but were very
overloaded here. Only reopen the bug if you can reproduce with the following steps:

1) Download the latest nightly (or 0.9.6 which should be out RSN)
2) Create a new profile
3) test the bug again

If it still occurs go ahead and reopen the bug. Again sorry about no response
were quite overloaded here and understaffed.
