Additional Details :
PREF_Cleanup is not called when Navigator exits
(File->Exit), causing memory leaks.

this is the first bug! I checked all ones before it. they say not valid.

One question: is it covered covered under the "Archeological Artifacts Protection Act" from 1998 like id 101 is?
