I'd like to have an option in my preferences to turn off email such that 
bugzilla would never send email to my email address again.
Summary: Add pref "Bugzilla should not send me email" → [RFE] Pref: "Bugzilla should not send me email"
This is easily done, just turn off all the checkboxes on the email prefs page.
