We currently create spot instances from the most recent spot AMI. This spot AMI in turn is created from the most recently active non-spot machines. The result of this is that the contents of /builds/{hg,git}-shared is highly dependent on what jobs this instance ran most recently.

To make life easier for git.m.o (and sheriffs and IT!) we should take extra steps to ensure that we have relatively up-to-date copies of some (all?) git repositories.

Alternatively, b2g_build.py could download archives of certain repos from S3 before running config.sh.
