donate.mozilla.org redirects to https://sendto.mozilla.org/page/contribute/EOYFR2013-newdefault . We should get rid of 2013 and EOYFR in that URL.

We've successfully updated the default Donation page, which now has the URL:

https://sendto.mozilla.org/page/contribute/Give-Now

We'll need to update sources to:

- Mozilla website footer:
https://sendto.mozilla.org/page/contribute/Give-Now?source=mozillaorg_default_footer

- Tabzilla text link
https://sendto.mozilla.org/page/contribute/Give-Now?source=mozillaorg_default_tabzillaTXT

- Webmaker.org donate link in the footer
https://sendto.mozilla.org/page/contribute/Give-Now?source=webmakerorg_footer

Hi Andrea-

The www.mozilla.org team can take care of the Mozilla footer and Tabzilla links.

You should probably open a separate bug for the webmaker team for that footer.
