Compare the initial location of the icons in the animation on the following two pages:
* https://www-demo4.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/desktop/customize/
* https://www-demo4.allizom.org/he/firefox/desktop/customize/

The second page show an LTR UI browser window, although the page language is RTL and the expected UI in the image should be RTL. Unless the UI is not final and expected to be replaced with an RTL UI image, I suggest showing the additional icons on the left side of the menu (=inside the window) instead of the right.

At this point, I don't think adding RTL-specific images/animations is in scope. Maybe post-launch?

We do have a separate bug open to create static RTL images for RTL locales post-April 29.
