Description:
The "File could not be received" notification when a bluetooth file transfer errors out is truncated on the lockscreen

Prerequisite: Device Under Test (DUT), and another phone (Device A) with Bluetooth capabalities

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140421000201 and change the language to Japanese
2) Pair the DUT and 'Device A' via Bluetooth
3) Send a file from 'Device A' to the DUT
4) DUT: Accept the file transfer and lock the phone by pressing the power/sleep button
5) Device A: Turn off this phone before the file transfer completes
6) DUT: Turn the display back on to view the lockscreen

Actual:
The 'File could not be received' notification is truncated on the lockscreen

Expected:
The notification should appear correctly

The truncated string "ファイルを受信できません" is meaningful.
The original string "ファイルを受信できませんでした" is past tense and more polite in Japanese language.

This bug should be WONTFIX.
