Let's collect ideas here to make the Contact Us page better.

In the short term I'd like to propose we create a /contact/ page that contains mostly the information at the bottom of the current /contact/spaces/ page under the "Contacting Mozilla" header. I got a complaint on IRC that the "Contact Us" link on the site goes to spaces, then people are just going to the first link "Mountain View" and trying to find a place for help or to complain from there. Apparently angry and/or confused people are appearing in the #mv IRC channel, which is bad for both the people looking for proper channels and the people in that room at the time.

Hi Paul, this is my short list of next step for this page. #2 regarding landing states for Communities and Spaces could solve the issue if we provide more valuable content within the landing states. If we still see confused or abusive feedback coming through #mv after doing a better job of guiding users to help channels on this page, we may want to reconsider displaying IRC channels here.

A few next steps for Contact page:
1. Revisit location tooltip style for Spaces. In zoomed-out view, the tooltip with the city name makes sense to view. When zoomed in, it's redundant since it only duplicates the city name that is already in view.

2. Revisit Communities and Spaces landing state content. The landing states are not adding much value and are boring since we don't select anything in the map. For Communities, perhaps there's a way to communicate how many community members we have on the map just for the initial state? For Spaces, we can also provide better channels in this initial state for users landing here looking for general contact info or help.

3. Spaces location page content (pictures, etc)

If we are going to list countries, then lets list countries. If we're going to list more local communities within countries, that's fine too, let's just set a standard and go with it. Currently we are mixing countries (India) with regional states within countries (Kerala) which is just confusing.
