Steps to reproduce:
I have a proxy configuration which depends on my VPN configuration. When the VPN is down, Firefox (correctly) reports some servers as not found.
Actual results:
After bringing up the VPN, pressing "Try again" does not work. I need to go into preferences and reload the proxy configuration.
Expected results:
"Try again" should automatically and transparently reload the proxy configuration and *then* try again.
