The screen will quickly flicker a white flash when the screen is being turned on.  It seems like the light is turning on before the screen draws correctly.

Repro:
1) install v10E on flame device, ver 1.3 build

2) turn screen on, watch it flicker a white flash

Expected:
- no flicker on screen wake

No, this is not vendcom.  Andreas and Mwu were discussing it this afternoon, and Michael thinks he can patch this in gonk code.

I do NOT notice any flash like the one in the video above on the latest base and build.
