Details

They're using a old JavaScript library that's detecting Netscape in the appName. Check out http://www.redcross.ca/main_files/dhtmllib.js where they do the browser sniffing.
Canada is Non-US English category. There is indeed a problem with the script they are using. Will contact them with a suggestion to use a better sniffer script with support for Gecko-based browsers.
