This bug was filed from the Socorro interface and is

Description:
Crash rebooted phone then gave crash report on unlock. Crash occurred while user was enabling wifi from Settings app after user was unable to enable wifi through notification tray (wifi symbol in tray turned dim blue, as opposed to highlighted blue indicating wifi enabled.) Data connection was enabled at the time.

Unable to reproduce crash or issues leading up to crash.
