Deleting payment accounts doesn't refresh the drop-down to reflect the current state of the accounts.

Details
* From the compatibility and payments page
* With an existing app that has a payment account already set-up
* Go to delete an existing payment account and confirm the deletion when warned.
What should happen:
* The dropdown is removed to show the payment account has been removed
What happens:
* The dropdown is still present with the account just deleted still present.
* Refreshing the page removes the drop-down proving the account has been removed.
(Note: I've only seen this locally so it needs confirming elsewhere)

Hmm, not seeing this from testing locally again. Suspect it might have been some kind of issue with a specific app.
