The semi-auto harness should disable screen dimming/timeout on the Firefox OS device, so that the screen doesn't timeout while the tests are running.

This is currently a manual step, according to the docs:

"Once this is done, go to Settings → Display and set the Screen Timeout to “never”. You need this because adb will not work when the device is locked."

It would be nice if this could be done automatically in the metaharness, as it also causes problems with the webapi/permissions tests.
