I'd like to request permissions to ci.mozilla.org I'm currently able to login using my LDAP credentials, but it doesn't seem to enable permission to create/edit jobs.

Notes for webops: There was a change I'd thought I'd made to the ldap group users for permissions that I hadn't actually made yet. I've committed the change to bring reality into alignment with current expectations.
