Details

For us to install/manage openstack from puppet, we need to build our own packages of the openstack components. This would allow us to apply our own patches as needed and do upgrades from pinned versions. We can copy the debian build dirs of icehouse directly from the ubuntu maintainers.
wontfix since openstack has been sidelined. We will reevaluate this in the future.
