It would be nice to have a way to trigger ourself (the release team) a regeneration for the dev environment.
For now, when we try a new change (for example, a video), we have to wait for 15 minutes. It is not very efficient.

Database duplication is now down to 5 mins from 15 and Josh can make the cache refresh on a "force refresh" so that we can get the newer info within 5 min.
