* Description:
  This is a legacy bug and happens on master, V1.4, V1.3...
  Keyboard automaticlly enable the upper case mode if the cursor is located at the beginning of a text field.
  In the meantime, quickly tap the keys, you will see the upper case and lower case are alternately input.

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Launch the message app
  2. Tap "pencil" icon to edit 
  3. Tap the "To:" field
  4. Tap the message field then quickly tap 6~7 keys/characters
  5. Check the letters

* Expected result:
  The first letter shows upper case and the others show the lower case.

* Actual result:
  The upper case and lower case are alternately input.
