prod vhost: glow1.dmz.phx1

After doing some benchmarking and gathering some info, we've come to the conclusion that more proc and ram will be required to deal with the spikes in download traffic associated with the first couple weeks after Fx 29 release.

We understand that 250K/min peaks are expected based on past releases.

Preferred setup:

6-8 vCPUs
24-32 GB of ram

If we don't have that much available, just give us what you can, at least for the first few days after release (April 29).

We need a reboot to pick up the new stuff.  When can we have a 2-3 minute outage?

Verbal'ed with :jakem.  Bounced up with 6 vCPU and 24G.
Holding the bug while it gets tested out.  Let me know if it needs another bump.

And, eventually (long-term) I'll nag to bring this back down to something smaller.
