Description:
After enabling Wifi in the settings no available networks are found and the user cannot disable Wi-Fi.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Open_C/Flame to BuildID: 20140425000201
2) Open the Settings app
3) Select Wi-Fi 
4) Turn on the Wi-Fi toggle

Actual:
No networks are found and the user is unable to turn Wi-Fi toggle off.

Expected:
Networks are found after enabling Wi-Fi and the user can disable Wi-Fi.

This is a known issues for hamachi builds (bug 997791) but it's a recent regression in Open_C aurora builds so we decided to track it in separate bug.

- issue does NOT reproduce on yesterday's build:

would worth mentioning that the user can successfully connect to WiFi during FTU, this is Settings issue

Pretty sure this is a build issue : bug 1001088
The blob isn't pushed to the 1.4 builds yet.

Tested out my gecko/gaia based off of the correct blob and wifi seems to work.  We'll need to double check on monday to see if wifi is working correctly once bug 1001088 lands for aurora/1.4

This is not a build issue. We broke wifi on an uplift of bug 997791 last night.
