Description:
While user is in FTU or Contacts app, they are unable to import contacts from SIM card. The process hangs and cannot be cancelled (cancelling process never completes.) This screen can be escaped in card view while in Contacts app, but user must restart phone to exit screen while in FTU.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Open C to BuildID: 20140425040203
2) In FTU navigate to Import Contacts screen
3) Select "SIM Card"

Actual:
SIM card import process never progresses, cancelling process never completes.

Expected:
User can import contacts from SIM card.

Unit test not needed because of the patch changes some legacy paths after starting the migration of the FTE as isolated app

Hi, 

It seems to be a dupe of Bug 969393. Are you using "internal" as Media Storage location (notice that it is the default one)?. It should be working fine in case of using "SD Card" as Media Storage location.
