Description:
The 'unlock your SIM to enable usage' message is truncated in the notifications menu when pulling down the menu with a locked sim.
Repro Steps: (with language set to Ablanian and a fresh flash / reset)
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140423000203
2) Enable SIM PIN and restart the device (from Settings > Sim Security)
3) Pull down the notifications menu (without unlocking SIM)

Does not occur in 1.3 as Albanian was not an available language
