Description:
When the user goes to the Obtaining Source Code screen, the header is truncated

Setup Steps:
1) Settings > Language > Malay

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri device to v1.4 BuildID: 20140423000203
2) Settings > Device information
3) Legal Information > Obtaining Source Code
4) Observe that the 'Obtaining Source Code' header is shown truncated as 'Mendapatkan Kod Sum...'

Actual:
'Obtaining Source Code' header is shown truncated as 'Mendapatkan Kod Sum...'

Expected:
'Obtaining Source Code' header is shown without truncation

This issue does not occur on the Buri v1.3 MOZ ril because the feature does not exist

We've stopped shipping Firefox OS for phones. Thus resolving this as WONTFIX.
