The Loop FxOS client app needs to share call URLs through either the email or the sms app. The email app already shares URLs via 'share' activity so the idea would be to share them through the sms app as well. URLs could be shared through the sms app as it registers handler for the 'new' activity but ideally URLs should be shared via 'share' activity.

WIP patch. This patch adds the changes we need (more or less). Need to talk to SMS app owners/peers to figure out how we should do this.
