 locales/costcontrol.fr.properties
 locales/costcontrol.ar.properties
 locales/costcontrol.zh-TW.properties

And ask for my review again.

For your information, the non-English localization files are synced from time to time with the real localization repositories (e.g. bug 1001220) and can be ignored (I edited them as requested). They will be replaced with fake localizations (bug 900182).
